TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Whether Party buses and Limousines are needed in Washington DC, or Maryland and Virginia we'll pick you up and take you to your destination and in style that's in keeping with your event. Billing

All rides billed to customer credit card or corporate account numbers. ABC limousine accept following
Credit cards : American express,Discover card,Master card and visa.
A 20% gratuity will be billed to all rides plus 10% fuel charges and Admin Fee applies to all services.

Gratuity is calculated on the base fare, stop time, wait time and any holidays surcharges that will be added and itemized
on the customer billing statement.

The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer billing statement when applicable:

Two way tolls, airport fees and cell phone usage.
Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
All published rates are subject to change without notice.
All rate are calculated in local currency and billed in us dollars at prevailing exchange rate.

Airport Arrival

Domestic Flights: At luggage carousel (where permitted)
International Flights: Outside of Customer.

If passenger is unable to locate his/her chauffeur, it is their responsibility to call 24-hours Dispatch Department at 866-941-4900

Waiting time / stop:

Forty five minutes of free waiting time given on all domestic flights from the official posted arrival time. One hour of free waiting time given

For all other reservations 15 minutes of free waiting time is given. Any additional waiting time will be charged in 15 minutes increment

ABC limo does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train

Passenger request stops on route during point-to-point reservation will be charged $20.00 per stops for maximum of 10 minutes .

Passenger requested stops off route point-to-point reservation additional charges will incurred.

Cancelations and No show:

Sedan client can cancel 3 hours before pickup time with $10.00 processing fee with exception of time 12am to 6am.

Stretch limousine, SUV limousine, Van and mini bus client can cancel 48 hours before pickup time with $20.00 processing fee

A 'no show ' fee equal to the base fare price of the trip 20% gratuity, plus applicable wait time will be charged

To avoid ' no show' fee call 866-941-4900 if you cannot locate your vehicle.
Each segment of your reservation will have an individual confirmation number. If you wish to cancel, each segment of your reservation

Damages:

Renter shall pay for all damages caused by authorized renter or anyone of renter party during the rental period of the limousine,

Other Events Agreement & Liability:

Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicles.
Client assures that no illegal drugs are brought into our vehicles.
Client is not allowed alcoholic beverages in our minibuses.
Client agrees that the passengers capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.
In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without refunds.
Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement.
A sick policy is also in effect for any one get sick in our vehicles and will be charged an additional $250.00.

DO NOT PAY IN CASH TO THE DRIVER UNLESS THAT A CASH PAYMENT WAS PRE-ARRANGED BY YOU

(additional gratuity in cash is appreciated). Do not make any future or immediate reservations with driver directly. Always call the office directly to arrange upcoming trips

(driver requests are always honored if you want a specific driver in particular on your next reservation).

ABC limo shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather,road condition and breakdowns.
ABC limo assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage ,personal belongings or any left in the vehicle.

ABC LIMO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT GIVING PRIOR NOTICE. who will be pleased to arrange contact. We regret to advise that should passenger leave the location without calling our office, a no-show charge will be applied.
